Color Tag

                   At Ink direct, we describe the condition of the products we are selling as accurately as possible.  All of our products are in the same condition as the products you will find at your local retailer and if not, they will be stated otherwise. We have created an easy to follow system with a color tag, to allow the customer to make the final decision before making their purchase from us.

                   The condition of our products may be vary, but if you have a question about any of the products, please do not hesitate to call or email us.  If you are requesting a photo for the actual product, please allow up to one business day (depending on availability of our staff) to fulfill this request.

                   Please advise that the customer is responsible for the restocking fee of the returned item. Please read our return policy page for more info.
