Please choose from the reasons below in order for us to fulfill your return request.
- If you receive a damaged parcel upon delivery, please refuse the item(s) upon delivery attempt.
- If the damaged parcel is accepted, please ask the carrier driver to provide a note of damage parcel and provide you with a receipt.
- Please contact Ink Direct within 7 days of the accepted shipment. If the customer fails to contact Ink Direct after that time, we will unfortunately not be able to accept any returns at that point.
- We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of the damaged item.
- The customer must contact Ink Direct within 30 days for a return or exchange. We will issue a RMA (Return merchandise Authorization Form) and issue a pre-paid label. Once we inspect the products, we can then issue you a full credit, store credit, or replacement item to be redelivered.
- After 30 days, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly regarding their manufacturer’s warranty on the product.
- Ink Direct is not responsible for any damages that may occur to parts or components of said product other than the item purchased from Ink Direct.
- If a returned item is found to not be defective or had been damaged during installation, Ink Direct will not be able to refund of provide a replacement for the customer. Please note that the process of testing a defective item may take up to 1-3 weeks.
Non-Damaged Non-Defective and Unopened Products
- The customer must contact Ink Direct within 30 days for a return or exchange. We will issue a RMA (Return merchandise Authorization Form). The customer will need to send the products back to us along with an RMA number. The shipping and handling for the return will be at the customer expense.
- If the products have been returned in 100% condition, complete in the original manufacturer boxes and packing material, we will be able to accept the return. However, there will be a 15% refund less for the restocking fee as well as any shipping cost that was assessed to ship the item to the customer.
- We will not accept any returns on merchandise that has been opened.
