At the Checkout Page , Customer has an options to choose the shipping method.
Pick Up in person : Always free of charge, please allow at least 1 hour for us to prepare the order, but if customer order more than 10 pieces, we will call customer when the products will be ready to pick up.
Pallets Pick up : We will notify customer when the pallet is ready, Customer have to prove on bill of lading that customer add insurance to cover the value of the products in that invoice. Or state clearing on the PO that, Customer doesn’t want to have insurance on the pallet and will take a full responsible for lost or damage occur during transition.
Ink Direct Carrier Account : We use UPS and fedex to ship the products as a regular basic , your products in that invoice will get full cover under the insurance. In case the carrier lost the package or the package get damage, we will send the replacement or give customer full refund.
Customer use their own account, we will declare the full value of the products on the package before we ship them out. If the carrier lost the package, customer still have to pay ink direct the full amount of the invoice.
Pre-Paid label : Sending us the prepaid label is another option, ink direct will not responsible for lost or damage on the packages, Customer have to deal with their own carrier and still pay ink direct in full amount of the invoice.
Wrong address, Missing suite number etc, Intercept address, Customer refuse packages : Customer will get charge $20.00 If package return to ink direct or customer address ( in case using ink direct account because of the problem above. We will re ship the products again when customer pay for the fee.
Please select this option before making a payment for the products. If customer choose the wrong shipping method and we already ship out the products based on information on the invoice. We will not be able to correct the shipping cost back to customer or we might have to have extra charge to customer.
For Example: Customer choose UPS ground on the invoice, make a payment and then realized that customer want to pick up the product at our location. We will not refund the shipping cost after we already purchased the label from UPS.
Our Cut off time is 3:30pm to ship the products same day, If customer in a rush, please call in and talk to one of our representative, we will try our best to get the products out for customer. Since UPS and FedEx always come to our facility about 4.00pm-4.30pm We have not much time to prepare the order to ship out.
Order after 3.30pm will be ship next following working day.
